I honestly would say every department in a company could benefit from having some element of variable where you get bonuses for performance. But again, you can't be operating out of a fear place. You need to know that your needs are taken care of just for showing up and doing your job."

If you can tap into that thrill of mastery motivator in your sales team, it's an infinite source of motivation. That never goes away and will almost always lead people into positive, productive behaviors."
