Book Club Week #3: Overbooked and Overwhelmed

For our third week of book club, we're covering three chapters, all about: how anxiety and stress leads to overwhelm (and how to conquer that and live more like Mary in a Martha world), prioritizing God's presence when life is overwhelming and overstimulating, and not overcommitting our schedules to the point of missing Him.
