Teacher: David Marvin. Welcome to week 3 of our Jonah series! This week we’re in Jonah 3, and we will see that confronting the reality of our own mortality can be a powerful force in life. In this video, we explore the book of Jonah and discover three key lessons about God and his message:

1️⃣ God Uses Broken People: Jonah, despite his past mistakes, is given a second chance by God, highlighting that God is a God of second chances. The message is that no one is beyond God's ability to redeem or rewrite their story.

2️⃣ God Uses People Who Share His Message: The text discusses how Jonah's message led to the repentance of an entire city. It emphasizes the importance of sharing uncomfortable truths, even when they challenge people to change.

3️⃣ God's Heart Is for All People: The message from Jonah's story shows that God's reflexive response is one of grace and mercy, even towards those who have done wrong. It highlights God's desire for all people to be saved and his work behind the scenes, preparing hearts for the message.
