In this episode, we spoke to Santino LeSaint, a super talented music artist who blurs the lines between rock, soul, RnB & hip hop.

We discuss how he first got started, from growing up in South London - playing & writing music as a kid, inspired by his father's successful career as a musician, to having some of his early music videos go viral on YouTube with production budgets so low you wouldn't believe.

He explains how getting scouted as a model in his teens allowed him to earn good money which supported his true passion and long-term focus on music, while also exposing him to some of the darker sides of the entertainment industry. We also dive into the realities of major record label deals, maintaining creative control, why he chooses to remain independent as his career has taken off, and much much more.

I think this will be a super insightful episode for listeners into an industry rarely spoken about so candidly, and lots can be taken from this and applied to many other areas of life. The importance of building your brand, whether personally or for business - being self-aware and prioritising what matters most, and realising that to stay in the game for a lifetime you truly have to love what you do.
