It’s the first week of Mindfulness in May. It was founded by Dr Elise Bialylew – and ironically while she was growing the movement she got completely burnt out. She was exhausted, irritated, and fearful. Sound familiar? We’ve all felt that pressure when a passion projects comes off, even if it was successful. How can mindfulness help?
