I recorded this episode while the eclipse was happening on September 7th — fresh in the energy, moving with it in real time. I am still integrating, but in this space I share reflections on being fully open to life, releasing mental prisons, and noticing the places we hold ourselves back out of fear.

I speak to what I have seen in my own unconscious habits, what I have felt moving through this eclipse season, and how silence and nature continue to guide the way.
