This week on the show I throw back to my interview with the incredibly talented Michael Bungay Stanier (or MBS for short). Michael is the author to several books included best-seller The Coaching Habit which has sold over 1 million copies to date. Michael also founded a training and development company, Box of Crayons, that has taught coaching skills to hundreds to thousands of people around the world. He has also been featured on the TedX stage with a brilliant speech titled, “How to Tame Your Advice Monster.”
