Later he realized that the enemy was using FOMO and he was not missing out. He is so thankful for the parents he had raising up correctly to get back to faith. Even in the midst of being in a Christian home, kids can still allow outside influence in. The enemy can entice kids to “taste and see” what’s out there and they learn the hard way. The biggest truth that he learned was that he needed to know Jesus for himself. Jesus knows exactly how we feel and can relate to everything we have been tempted by because he was a man as well as spirit. God’s love NEVER changed no matter what choices he made outside of the church. He parents never wavered on the Word of God and their faith for their son Terry.
