Sara Gottfried MD is a board-certified physician who graduated from Harvard and MIT. She is Clinical Assistant Professor in Dept. of Integrative Medicine and Nutritional Sciences at Thomas Jefferson University, and Director of Precision Medicine at the Marcus Institute of Integrative Health. She has authored three New York Times bestselling books including The Hormone Cure, The Hormone Reset Diet, and Younger; and her new book WOMEN, FOOD, AND HORMONES has been just released.
