Mike Davies Interview

FINALLY! Mike Davies (my fitness coach turned Friend and Mentor of over 20 years)!! He's finally on an Interview! (Youtube and Podcast). 

Mike is the trainer of over 300 IFBB Professionals, he is the owner and creator of The fitness Factory based in Worthington, Ohio. 

 He was the Original Online fitness coach and created fitness CAMPS in his home!! This has enabled him to help people and bring them together from all over the WORLD!
