Pedro is the founder of Pragmatic Management Consulting. Previously, he was Head of Management at Nextel Brazil where he implemented OKRs for more than 1700 employees. In this episode, he shares his story and experience with us. We get to hear what Nextel Brazil’s OKR lifecycle looked like.
