There can be so much frustration when it comes to trying to return to running, with constant little setbacks appearing every time you try to up the mileage or increase the intensity. This is so often the case due to most only focussing on one or two areas of injury rehab, run training or recovery, with little to no plan with integrating it all together into your current training lifestyle.
