Jonah Mitchell is a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and former collegiate athlete determined to help busy people realize they matter. ICYMI--constantly placing everyone's needs ahead of your own isn't making you a better person. In fact, it's getting in the way of your physical and emotional development. Jonah joined me on this episode of The FYX to help reframe the conversation around self-care and mental health.
