She shares how she went from “Sick Melinda” to creating a new identity for herself as “Healthy Melinda”.

- after one year of starting the TFM program, her A1C has dropped to 5, she is no longer a type 2 diabetic, and has lost 109 lbs
- she is now active enough to keep up with her 2-year-old grandson
- the foundation to her success has been figuring out a comfortable fasting “Holding Pattern” for when life gets in the way.
- she has become part of the TFM Family as a Community mentor, providing support, guidance, and compassion to other members.
