Genik, Principal and Founder, Bridge; and Rob McEwen, Chairman and Chief Owner, McEwen Mining. The panelists debated the best ways to attract young people to the industry, with a focus on the environment, as well as a need for better messaging and more science education for the general public. The panel was moderated by Marc Borbas, VP of Talent Solutions for Glacier Media.
