Prior to her role at UBS, Solita worked at J.P. Morgan as the Global Head of Fixed Incomes, Currencies and Commodities in Global Wealth Management, Equity Researcher in the Restaurants and Beverages sector at Thomas Weisel Partners and an Equity Researcher in the Technology Sector at Credit Suisse. She graduated from Brandeis University and completed an MBA at the NYU Stern School of Business.
