Tips:
- Find a workout you like and be consistent with it.
- Be active after work/school and on weekends (spice it up!)
- Take long walks (+ romanticize them!)
- Prioritize protein with meals
- Drink enough water
- Wake up at the same time everyday
- Go to sleep at the same time everyday
- Small changes add up
- Find an accountability person (or thing!)
