Today we are joined by EliteFTS.com's Dave Tate to discuss training and coaching. Dave starts out discussing how he got into using the dynamic effort method and where there are places that bands and chains can fit with lower level lifters. He then touches upon learning, and the role of finding the why’s in training. Finding a mentor is the next topic he discusses including the role of it, how to find one, and why it’s importance. This leads us directly into discussing living “as if.” Dave uses this quote to act “as if” you are what you want to be, but knowing that there was so much work that lead to people being at the pinnacle of any profession.
