· You need to take charge of what your career is and what it is not, and then create an action plan to get you from where you are to where you want to be.

· Work is only one part of our lives – don’t let it rule you.

· Everyone has weaknesses – own yours and how to improve in that area.

· How you use your time and the focus of your energy in those time windows is a key separator for people.

· Health and well-being are a top priorities, but you must work on it – don’t think you can just let it happen.
