On this episode of the Men's Journal Everyday Warrior Podcast, Mike sits down with Jacob Centeno. Jacob is a filmmaker, founder of Poor Bear Stories, and surviving son of Senior Petty Officer Dan Healy who was killed in Afghanistan in 2005 during a rescue attempt as portrayed in the book and film, Lone Survivor. After graduating from the University of San Diego Jacob started mentoring children with fallen parents of military service and eventually began working for Children of Fallen Patriots helping to secure scholarship funds for candidates. Jacob has since founded Poor Bear Stories, a multimedia production company focused on storytelling around the Special Operations and Gold Star communities.
