This week Anthony (@defining_time)  welcomes Ryan from Gentleman Pursuits to the Defining Time Show. Ryan has a podcast and IG live show that is all about whiskey and watches "gentleman pursuits". We discuss his journey into watches and then go fairly deep into what is a modern day gentleman and how it compares to gentlemen from yesteryear.
