Selling has evolved, even within the last year or two, and will continue to do so, as our world does. The big question to ask yourself is, how will you? Whether you have a small business or work in the world of sales, you need to be agile and adapt your approach to fit your customers world. One of the best ways to stay agile and aware, is having a growth mindset that is open to learning; in particular coaching. Coaching provides an impartial mirror to help you work out how you can evolve, but how do you ensure you are open minded to always being coachable?
