In this episode of the Empathic Mastery Show, I interview Amelia Starr, a survivor of domestic violence and now a life coach for empaths. Amelia shares her story of overcoming abuse and how she learned to embrace her empathic gifts.
Amelia talks about the challenges of being an empath, such as being easily overwhelmed by emotions, feeling drained after spending time with others, and being sensitive to criticism. But she also shares the many benefits of being an empath, such as being able to connect with others on a deep level, being intuitive, and being able to sense the energy of others.
Amelia offers advice for empaths on how to protect their energy, set boundaries, and live a fulfilling life. She also encourages empaths to embrace their gifts and use them to help others.
