Quick talking-points biography.
Gaby Anderson is a first generation Hungarian Canadian, born in Montreal, Quebec.
Before she was two, Gaby and her family moved to New Jersey, then kept moving to France, back to Montreal, back to New Jersey, Chicago, then Tampa, Florida where Gaby finished high school.
With a degree from the University of Denver (Go Broncos!), Gaby has worked in the restaurant business, private and commercial and group travel, private aviation, pharmaceutical research instrumentation and currently, as an administrative consultant to behavioral health providers in metro Atlanta.
She’s been a member of the Atlanta Writer’s Club since 2011 and a member of the Wild Women Who Write since 2020.
Her essay, Queen of the Hungarian Mafia, was published in 2021, and her first novel, South of Happily, will be published by Black Rose Writing in January 2023.
She’s the proud mom of two incredible young women and her husband, who she met in college, is an LPC (Licensed professional Counselor) and her inspiration for writing helpful, sane shrinks into her storylines.
