This week, James is joined by Matt Edgar from NHS Digital. As the national partner to the health and social care system, NHS Digital is all about improving lives through data and technology. Matt's role there is Associate Director of Design and User Research, He works with more than 100 user-centred design specialists who uncover user needs to fully understand complex problems, and craft products and services that deliver better outcomes.
