In this episode Graeme discusses the only remaining circumstantial evidence that implicates the Strubers in the murder after the other evidence and the witnesses have been discredited. He discusses a call made from Bruce Schuler’s satellite phone at 7.33pm on the Sunday night at a location some 5klms from the prospector’s camp. A call the prospectors made no mention of to police. He reads out an email he sent to the main police investigator, the prosecutor, and the defence attorneys involved in the trial. Attempts to speak with Bruce Schuler’s mate and witness to the murder Kevin Groth have failed.
