Notice I did not say "gaining" weight, but rather adding weight.
This is because I have truly begun to love my body since lifting heavier weights (aka adding weight to the bar).
For many of us, we think when we hit goal we will be magically at peace with our body. Unfortunately, that is too often not the case.
