This week on Balance Your Life Podcast I am joined by Kassandra Reinhardt. Kassandra is an Ottawa-based Yoga Instructor on a mission to help others feel great with yoga. Her Yoga with Kassandra YouTube channel has more than 600 yoga classes with a community of 1.5 million subscribers. She is the author of the book "Yin Yoga: Stretch the Mindful Way" and she specializes in Yin and Vinyasa yoga. On this episode we talk about practicing Vinyasa, Yin and Forrest yoga, what each of these practices did for her and her experience with all three styles, as well as how to make the most out of yin yoga.
