Jordan talks about how her body and mind was affected by extreme dieting as well as what she went through went she was hyper-focused on body image.

She also opens up about being a full time model based out of New York and the harsh treatment that happens behind the scenes.

Jordan also is transparent about mental health and how she was able to heal physically and mentally through self awareness, therapy and gratitude each and every day.

So excited for her and the launching of her new female empowerment movement launching in early 2020.
