On the surface, it's easy to misunderstand astrology as a strictly intellectual, imaginal, and abstract practice. This was certainly my perception at the start of my journey. Years into learning and practicing alongside Sabrina, I've found the opposite to be true.
Earlier this year, I received a life-changing EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) session with Sabrina. I invited her to the podcast for a deeper dive into her profound experiences with EFT and how it has helped her reconnect with her emotional and artistic self.
