Sara works in Digital Attitude (Milan, Italy) as Chief Data Officer and User Experience Researcher, where she helps design digital products that can help people acquiring new professional skills. She is interested in diversity & inclusion, especially gender equality in the data science ecosystem, as such she is co-founder of R-Ladies Italy, a national community that focuses on empowering women and gender minorities pursuing jobs in data science.
