Awakening to the Truth of Who You Are with Laurie Keene

Laurie Keene is an author, international teacher and speaker of spirituality, personal transformation and the evolution of human consciousness. She has spent three decades as a leader in the mindfulness movement. We discuss Laurie's personal journey of healing, the importance of discovering one’s passion in life and the meaning and process of awakening. We consider what multidimensionality means, how the aura is structured and how this factors into developing high sense perception (HSP) or extrasensory perception (ESP). Laurie explains how all energetic blockage shows up in the body, that trauma and suffering are doorways to freedom, and what obstacles stand between us and finding our divine purpose. She shares her story of awakening, the role of grace in enlightenment and what she calls "learning to follow the soul". She describes how we can all remember that we are all that is. Laurie is a Brennan Healing Science Practitioner and teacher, a Living Practice Mentor, Core Energetic therapist and Continuum teacher. Working side-by-side with Barbara Brennan for over 25 years, she was Dean of the Barbara Brennan School of Healing from 1993-2016. Laurie is author of "Awakening to the Truth of Who You Are” (2017), and is currently at work on her second book, "The Multi-Dimensional Self".  She now offers her expertise as a board member and senior faculty at the Brennan school. Her teachings are grounded in deep compassion for the human condition arising from her own very human life and direct experiences of awakening. She has taught throughout the United States and Europe as well as Canada, Mexico, Israel, and Japan.
