Understanding archetypes helps uncover root causes of illness and disempowerment. Greg uses the 7 core healing archetypes to guide his healing practices, but this concept popularised by Carl Young is in everything we do, so a basic level of knowledge and understanding on the matter goes a long way.

The beautiful part about it, like everything else, is through awareness of our current archetypical roles, we can work with them and use them to get us away from where we want to be, to the place we want to go.
