When it comes to change management, alignment is key. And that's where Daniel Gandarilla comes in. As a change management practitioner, he helps organizations get everyone moving in the same direction - toward a common goal.
"The first step is always to understand the underlying philosophies and where there is common ground where everybody is aligned," says Gandarilla. "Once that's established, you can see what needs to be done to take a step forward."
One of the first questions Daniel asks is "how much of this change is dependent upon people doing something differently? Then, what can we really tolerate in one change at a time given everything, you know... all the big aspirations, to get people moving in the right direction."
