Concessional Contribution Cap $25,000 per year. This is taxed at 15%. This includes the amount your employer contributes
Non Concessional Contribution Cap $100,000 per year (paid after tax from your bank, can claim up to the $25k cap this on tax if you choose to - get advice). Can bring fwd three years and throw in $300k in the one hit.
