Brightland was founded when Aish was going through an elimination diet to figure out what was causing her stomach issues, and she discovered a frightening fact that 80% of the olive oil we consume is actually rotten. I know, so gross. She decided it was time to take this insight and create her own olive oil and boy oh boy are we glad she did.
