Ep 9 | Letting go of your ego, with Sun Yi

"And then we went into a 90 minute yoga class. And after that class I was just sitting there in shavasana and I just started balling out crying. Because my ego had been completely shattered and I had no ability to bullsh*t myself, what ended up coming to me was that all my employees actually do want to help. It's almost like I won't let them. My ego wants to make sure they know that this place can't run without me. That I can't give up that control and let them make mistakes - "Ah no, you didn't do it right, I'll just do it myself." All of that was coming from my ego."
