Haider talks about the importance of marketing, attracting crypto-curious users without alienating hardcore crypto natives, and how the engineer-driven nature of many early crypto projects led to poor UX and less focus on the product. We talk about how partnerships can be tough to form in the crypto space due to a sentiment that it’s best to build internally, combined with security concerns.
