This episode points to the differences of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Low Intensity Steady State (LISS) training. Both of these training styles have cost and benefits, my goal is to dispel myths of each and inform you more to help you figure out where to start. It is important to be informed of training styles etc. before starting rigorous training. The goal is to get the most from training, reach goals, and low risk of injury (because if your injured it just delays getting to your goal).
