Today’s conversation is with my close friend Eric Alleyne. He is an Air Safety Investigator with the NTSB, National Transportation Safety Board.  He is responsible on behalf of the US Federal government to investigate the probable cause of aviation crashes.  Eric is also a successful real estate investor.  

Today is an excercise of how a person can spend his life surrounded by tragedy and despair, yet is able to keep positive on the outlook of humanity.
