Eugene sits down with Alex and Nick to discuss his recent article in the Journal of Free Speech Law that looks at the pros and cons that could occur if the U.S. were to treat social media platforms as common carriers. Companies distinguished as common carriers are generally required to provide service to the public without discrimination.
