225. The Courage of Genius (and What Your Cycle Has to Do With It) with Alexandra & Sjanie

To help you ease into 2026 purposefully, we’re talking about how the cycle helps you to live in your zone of genius today, which is to say, how practising menstrual cycle awareness helps you to know your own nature and stay close to what you’re really great at.
