We are living in uncertain times. Things are changing hourly as information is coming out around the world and in the United States about the Coronavirus.
Even my rural community of Mason, IL is being affected as cases are popping up in neighboring counties, restaurants and businesses are closing, and people are being encouraged to stay home.
With all of the changes, it's hard to know how to process the uncertainty.
In this episode, we're going to take a pause and dive deeply into the tool of the Enneagram as a resource to help navigate all that is coming at us and maybe even the fear with which we're living.
Through the lens of the Harmony Enneagram, we'll look at some practical ways to face the fear and lean in authentically to who we are, who were created to be, and how community can be transforming for us as we connect our head, heart, and gut wisdom.
