There seems to be a constant stream of stories these days about supply chain disruptions, will Santa's supply chain work and will our presents arrive in time for Christmas?

One of the big components involved and impacted by this disruption is the ocean carrier industry. Not knowing much about this vital sector of supply chains, I reached out to Ralf Hierzegger, a colleague of mine who knows this space well. In fact, he wrote a very accessible blog post on the topic not so long ago, so I invited him to come on the podcast so we could talk about it.

We had an excellent chat about the current disruption's causes, how it will play out, and some ways SAP can help out. As usual, I learned loads, and I hope you do too...
