Mentally Shredded was brought to life after Chris’ battle with anxiety and depression. “Once my foundation was destroyed, I sought help.” Through lived experience and knowing firsthand what neglecting to focus on improving your mental health can do, Chris now advocates to change the stigma and empower people through personal development.
Chris lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, and is available to travel for events and speaking engagements.
