In 2015, my partner Dan and I started planning our self-storage business, taking two years to set it up. We launched in May 2017 with five investors. Since then, we’ve grown to 4,930 units across 24 properties in four states. With a team expanding into new markets, our goal is 50 units in 30+ states.
