Struggling With My Purpose In Life

What you should do if you are struggling with your purpose in life, doubt you can achieve it or if you need help figuring out what your purpose is.

In this video coaching newsletter I discuss an email from a viewer who says that he is struggling with his purpose in life, because even though he knows what he wants to accomplish, he is filled with irrational fears and doubts that he can actually achieve it. He says his brain is flooded with negative thoughts that tell him he is not good enough, he can’t do it, etc. I go over the fundamentals of the process of achieving your purpose once you figure out what it is, and how your purpose will evolve over time as you age and experience it.
