A constructive dismissal occurs when an employee is forced to resign due to an employer’s unlawful behavior. Generally, only in the most serious of cases could the actions of the employer amount to a constructive dismissal. In this episode, we highlight some tips on constructive dismissal claims and if the claim succeeds, how much is due to the employee?
