Kate is one of our rock start House Flipping Formula coaching students, and she has an awesome story to share.  She started flipping houses at age 23, but never managed to grow it into a true business.  Then the real estate market crashed… and she decided to pursue other interests.

Just 8 months ago, she made the decision to return to the world of real estate… and she’s had an amazing comeback!
