Rachel Allen, a well-respected figure in the Houston real estate scene, brings a diverse background and years of experience to her role as a real estate Broker Associate with eXp Realty. Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, she pursued her education at the University of Miami, earning a degree in Communication. She has been actively involved in real estate since 2010, starting out as an investor in single-family homes and fix-and-flips. Currently, she runs a small real estate team in Houston, Texas, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit.

In addition to her real estate work, Rachel takes on leadership roles within the industry. She serves as the Membership Director of the Greater West Houston Network for the Women's Council of Realtors and as the Tribe Leader for Training and Education in the Black eXp Network, emphasizing her commitment to community and education. Her accomplishments include being recognized in the 2023 Top 20 Under 40 and graduating from the Texas Realtor Leadership Program. She is passionate about education and support, evident in her coaching and educational roles, including mentoring through the eXp Mentor Program.

Beyond her professional life, Rachel is a wife to James Allen and a mother to two children, James and Nuri Allen. She finds joy in cooking, spending time with family, traveling, and enjoying books via audible. She is not only a seasoned real estate professional but also a community-oriented leader, dedicated to fostering growth and education in the real estate industry while balancing a fulfilling personal life.
